Shipping

  1. The processing time for personalized orders is 3 weeks.
  2. After that, we ship with PostNL including a Track & Trace number.
  3. You can choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: average 2-4 business days delivery time.
  • Rest of Europe: average 8-10 business days delivery time.
  • USA & Australia: average 8-14 business days delivery time.

Express Shipping

Duties when ordering from the United States or UK

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes and handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and the carrier, and may apply regardless of the order value. The exact amount depends on the type of product, the order value and the carrier handling your shipment.

How can I avoid unexpected costs?

We recommend allowing for approximately 10–20% of your order total to cover possible import duties and administrative fees. The exact amount varies by country and by carrier.

Important

  • Always allow for our 3-week processing time before shipping.
  • Example: if you need your order within 5 weeks and you live in the USA, choose Express so there are 2 weeks left for shipping.
  • Orders that arrive late due to the wrong shipping method being chosen cannot be refunded.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information at all times.
  • If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, you must notify us promptly so we can investigate.
  • We do not actively monitor your tracking number; this is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If you notify us too late that your package was not received, we may no longer be able to take action.
  • If the issue is reported in time, we will contact the shipping company and, if necessary, remake and resend your order.

Returns

Unfortunately, because our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Always check your order carefully before purchase to make sure everything is correct. Including the spelling. If the item arrived broken or misspelled (by us), please contact us immediately!

When you contact us, please include a photo of the item and a brief description of what happened. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a problem, we want to make sure it is resolved and that you are happy with your purchase!
