How do I place an order?
How nice of you to place an order with us! Here is a brief explanation on how to do this:
Step 1: Place the items you would like to shop for in your shopping basket!
Step 2: Click on the top right of your shopping basket and then on ‘proceed to checkout’.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details and check them carefully. You can also leave an additional message.
Step 4: Choose a desired payment method. You can choose from several payment methods such as iDeal, Credit Card or GooglePay.
Step 6: Finally, click the “place order” button to finalize your order.
YES! The order has been placed and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Files & Designs
For smooth processing of your order, it’s important that you provide all required information and files (such as texts or logos) on time and in the correct format. If details are submitted late or incomplete, this may cause delays in delivery.
Would you like a custom design? That’s possible! Please note that we charge an additional fee for the design, and you’ll also need to provide a correct SVG file.
Ordering ribbons? You can simply email an Excel file with all names to be.letterd@gmail.com. This way, we can process your order quickly and with care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including GooglePay, iDEAL and credit cards. At checkout, you have the option to choose your desired payment method.
How long does shipping take?
1. The processing time for personalized orders is 3 weeks.
2. After that, we ship with PostNL including a Track & Trace number.
3. You can choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: average 2-4 business days delivery time.
Rest of Europe: average 8-10 business days delivery time.
USA & Australia: average 8-14 business days delivery time.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. You can see if your country is eligible for shipping during the checkout process. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to the United States temporarily on hold.
Unfortunately, we are currently (hopefully temporarily!) unable to ship to the United States due to high costs and limited options. As soon as this changes, we will be more than happy to resume shipping to the US.

What is the return policy?
Our products cannot be exchanged or returned because these are personalized items.
